Regulatory Information
A license from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA is required for the professional practice as an asset manager. With this authorization, the asset manager meets the highest legal requirements. These requirements are set out in the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), the Financial Institutions Ordinance (FinIO) and the FINMA Financial Institutions Ordinance (FinIO-FINMA).
Supervisory Authority
Verardi & Partner Asset Management AG is licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA for the purpose of professional asset management. The ongoing supervision of compliance with the licensing requirements is ensured by the supervisory organization AOOS.

Ombudsman
Verardi & Partner Asset Management AG is affiliated with the independent ombudsman’s office FINOS, which is recognized by the Swiss Federal Department of Finance.
